Dealing with CIDB/TNB/SEDA/ST/MIDA/MGTC and other relevant government authorities for licensing process. Assist Business Development, Project or any department colleague for any enquiry that require advices from Government Authorities. Collect, review, prepare and compile necessary documents for all project license application, follow up on approval with Government officers, provide technical advices to smoothen licensing process. Communicate between internal department and government officer, manage all paperwork, forms, correspondence, email, letters and etc. Submit and collect any certificate or license at Government Offices. Monitor all application status, track all due and execute the progress to obtain approval. Discuss with relevant department for project difficulties and suggest for licensing application arrangement. Punctually and quickly respond to any queries by Government Officers. Manage digital platform and suggest improvement for better handling process. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma. Preferably in the Engineering field. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Required skill(s): Microsoft Office. Preferably at least 1 year of working experience in the related field. Attitude: Customer & service oriented, energetic and enthusiastic about dealing with people. Team spirit, self-driven to learn, good communicator, and patient. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
