Assist in the smooth handover of solar projects upon completion. Assist in preparing and organizing project handover documentation, including manuals, warranties, and compliance reports. Ensure all necessary documentation, inspections, and client communications are properly handled. Handover completion projects to O&M team. Maintain accurate records of project handovers, client communications, and technical reports. Assist in updating internal databases with completed project details. Assist in developing templates and standard operating procedures for efficient handovers. Basic understanding of solar energy systems and installation processes (preferred but not mandatory). Able to support in compiling final project reports and system performance data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
