About the Role We are looking for a Revenue Management Specialist to support the company’s pricing and revenue strategy. This role will work closely with theCFO to manage daily pricing decisions, monitor occupancy trends, and help optimize revenue performance. The ideal candidate has experience in hospitality revenue management, is comfortable using pricing tools like PriceLabs, and can work independently while providing proactive insights and recommendations. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily pricing and occupancy across the company’s properties Use PriceLabs and other revenue management tools to monitor and adjust pricing Learn and apply the company’s revenue management strategies and processes Track booking trends, occupancy levels, and revenue performance Work closely with the CFO to support revenue forecasting and planning Recommend pricing adjustments based on market conditions, demand, and performance data Monitor the impact of pricing changes and report on results Identify opportunities to improve revenue performance and occupancy rates Maintain organized records and reports related to pricing and revenue performance Qualifications: Experience in hospitality revenue management or a similar role Familiarity with revenue management tools, preferably PriceLabs Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret pricing and occupancy data Comfortable working with spreadsheets and reporting tools Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to provide proactive insights and recommendations based on data What Success Looks Like: Pricing is updated consistently based on demand and market conditions Revenue and occupancy trends are tracked accurately Pricing recommendations support improved revenue performance Forecasts and reports are delivered clearly to leadership
