Our many opportunities can lead to infinite possibilities .   PASANTE DE E-COMMERCE (MARKETPLACES) El Pasante de E-Commerce será responsable de brindar soporte al negocio online para el canal Marketplace en tareas de Atención Postventa de clientes, asegurando un seguimiento eficiente de cada solicitud. Entre sus funciones principales se destacan gestiones de cambios, anulaciones, refacturaciones, información sobre envíos, entre otras. Dará seguimiento a todos los contactos y realizará la carga correspondiente en las diferentes plataformas, garantizando la excelencia en la calidad del servicio de atención al cliente. Interactuará con las plataformas de distintos marketplaces, con foco en Mercado Libre como canal principal. Competencias: Buena capacidad para la comunicación y las relaciones interpersonales Proactividad y Orientación a resultados con una marcada visión comercial Responsabilidad y Organización Requisitos: Ser estudiante de las carreras de Comercialización, Administración y afines (excluyente) Experiencia en operaciones de E-Commerce (valorable) Manejo intermedio de Microsoft Excel - Tablas Dinámicas y Fórmulas (valorable) Dominio de idioma inglés (valorable) Horario de Trabajo: Lunes a Viernes, 4hs diarias a convenir - Disponibilidad Inmediata Lugar de Trabajo: Hibrido.
