Automation Innovation: Focus on process improvement (Manual to Automation) Application integration (Various O365 applications) RPA technologies exploration (AA, python, VB, Power Automate) 2. Designing & develop RPA solution: Scripting and coding via various RPA tools Workflow analysis & Optimization 3. Main Project: Power Apps & Power Automate: Full SDLC experience User support 4. Power BI Dashboard: Develop PBI dashboard in BI Excel and BI desktop Maintain & Schedule reporting 5. Documentation: Create workflow diagrams and documents the automation procedures Monitor and analyze the performance of Automation Anywhere (AA) What you should have Excel - Intermediate to Advanced level VB Scripts, Microsoft Power platform, Automation Anywhere (AA), Python Problem solving Attention to detail Communication & collaboration skills Learning Outcomes 1. Process Analysis & Automation Mindset: Learn how to observe business processes, identify inefficiencies, and assess which steps are suitable for automation. 2. Hands-on RPA & Automation Tool Skills: Gain practical experience building, testing, and maintaining automations using tools such as RPA platforms (e.g. Power Automate, Python, VB), including workflow logic, error handling, and basic scripting. 3. Collaboration, Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Learn to work with business users and IT teams, document automation flows clearly, troubleshoot issues, and improve automations based on feedback and performance metrics.
