During the program you will rotate across areas such as: Continuous Improvement / Lean, Materials Management, Front Line Supervision, Procurement & Supplier Management, Production Planning & Control, Logistics & Distribution. Each rotation gives you practical experience, new skills, and a deeper understanding of how a modern manufacturing and supply chain organization operates. What will you do? work on tasks and projects during each rotation, step by step building broad operational knowledge, work with key performance indicators, deliver results, and strengthen your analytical skills, participate in technical and leadership trainings, earn certifications, and develop new skills, collaborate with teams across different departments and build strong internal relationships, take part in regular feedback, mentoring, and coaching sessions, engage in Watermark initiatives – Xylem’s community and volunteer programs. Who are we looking for? If you’re at the beginning of your career and have leadership potential, curiosity, and a desire to learn – this place is for you. We are looking for people who: have completed or are in the final year of studies in: Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, are fluent in English (at least B2), have a minimum GPA of 4.0, have internship or practical experience in production, operations, or supply chain (a plus), enjoy teamwork and communicate effectively, are eager to develop quickly and open to new challenges, can analyze data and solve problems using logical thinking, are comfortable working in a digital and data‑driven environment, willing to learn and use new digital and AI‑supported solutions in daily work.
