As a Junior Analyst in People Support, you’ll be part of the team that shapes the employee experience for thousands of colleagues across Europe. You’ll work at the front line of HR service delivery—responding to inquiries, guiding employees through processes, and ensuring every interaction feels clear, accurate, and consistent. Your ability to combine empathy with precision will make a measurable difference to how people experience HR at Xylem. You’ll also help shape the service model itself: spotting knowledge gaps, refining content, and sharing patterns you see across different countries. As processes evolve, your input will be instrumental. To thrive here, you’ll need: A degree or equivalent HR/business experience. 1–3 years in HR support or customer service. Strong interpersonal skills and a comfort with fast learning cycles. English plus an additional European language (French, Italian, Polish, or German). Interest in HR technology such as Workday or case-management tools.
