Company RNTBCI PL Job Description 1. Power Supply Design & Development Design DC-DC converters (buck, boost, buck-boost, flyback, synchronous/non‑synchronous). Develop power supply architectures for automotive ECUs, sensors, ADAS systems, infotainment units, and EV components. Perform component selection (MOSFETs, inductors, capacitors, drivers, controllers). Conduct schematic design, simulation, and worst-case analysis. 2. Validation & Testing Perform bench testing for efficiency, thermal behavior, load regulation, line regulation, startup/shutdown sequencing. Validate circuits as per automotive standards (ISO 7637, ISO 16750, CISPR 25, AEC‑Q100/101/200, LV124/148). Execute EMI/EMC analysis and troubleshooting for noise reduction. 3. Reliability & Safety Ensure compliance with functional safety guidelines (ISO 26262). Conduct DFMEA, PFMEA, thermal derating, and safety margin analysis. Perform design optimization for high reliability in wide temperature and vibration ranges. 4. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work with hardware, PCB layout, mechanical, and software teams for system integration. Support layout engineers to ensure optimal grounding, isolation, creepage/clearance, and EMI robustness. Collaborate with suppliers for component approval and validation. 5. Documentation & Reporting Prepare design documentation, test reports, DVP&R, circuit analysis, and release packages. Support design reviews and provide technical presentations.
