L’objectif est de transformer chaque modèle en une expérience unique pour nos clients grâce à une gamme d’accessoires innovante et en phase avec l’ADN de la marque. Vos missions : Participer à l’analyse des tendances marché et des attentes clients. Contribuer à la définition de la gamme d’accessoires pour les nouveaux véhicules. Collaborer avec les équipes design, ingénierie et marketing pour développer les accessoires. Suivre les phases de conception, prototypage, essais et validation. Coordonner les échanges avec les équipes et fournisseurs internationaux. Contribuer à la préparation du lancement commercial et aux supports marketing. Analyser les performances des accessoires et proposer des améliorations. Qui êtes-vous ? Etudiant d’une école de commerce ou d’ingénieur (Bac+5). Vous avez une excellente capacité d’analyse, un esprit rigoureux et un vrai sens de l’organisation. Vous vous mettez avec facilité à la place du client afin de comprendre ses besoins. Une bonne maitrise d’Excel, qui est un de nos principaux outils de travail, est nécessaire.
