We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented professional to attend industry conferences, seminars, and events, as well as document essential facts that will enhance the organization’s knowledge base. What you'll be doing: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Information Management, Data Management, Business, or other related fields. 5+ years of experience in a role involving real-time note taking, event attendance, or knowledge management. Demonstrated curiosity and enthusiasm for attending industry events and learning about industry developments, with interest in continuously expanding industry knowledge and staying current with events and news. Passion for organizing data and structuring information in a clear, accessible format. Proficiency in distilling complex information into concise summaries for others to understand, with advanced analytical skills and ability to synthesize information quickly. Familiarity with data center architectures and ecosystems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Thriving in fast-paced environments with real-time attention to detail and active listening. Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach. Being able to own process within three months of starting this position. What we need to see: 5+ years of experience in a role involving real-time note taking, event attendance, or knowledge management. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 148,000 USD - 224,250 USD.
