Nous recherchons un Technicien de Maintenance Industrielle (H/F) dynamique et organisé, titulaire d'un BUT GIM, pour rejoindre notre équipe chez AMPERE ELECTRICITY. Vous contribuerez activement à la performance de nos installations et à l'optimisation de nos processus. Vos missions : Au sein de l'atelier de la maintenance tôlerie, vous serez rattaché(e) au chef d'atelier pour travailler sur l'amélioration des méthodes et des outils de maintenance. Vos missions : Organisation de la gestion de la maintenance de moyens industriel (Fiabilité, obsolescence) Définition de la stratégie pour les équipements vieillissants Développement et amélioration de l'exploitation des données des logiciels de gestion (Temps d'arrêts, classification des causes) Mise en place de la maintenance conditionnelle et ses outils (Analyse) Qui êtes-vous ?   Titulaire d'un BUT GIM (Génie Industriel et Maintenance) ou équivalent (Bac+3).. Maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment des logiciels de GMAO (Gestion de la Maintenance Assistée par Ordinateur) et de conception 3D (ex: SolidWorks, AutoCAD). Capacité à travailler avec précision et à respecter les procédures établies. Aptitude à planifier et à gérer efficacement les tâches et les priorités. Excellent esprit d'équipe et capacité à communiquer efficacement avec différents interlocuteurs. Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en respectant les consignes.
