Vos missions : Coordonner la création et mise à jour des supports pour les différentes instances auxquelles participe la direction RVO (comité VO, comité DT, BEX GCR, etc) Contribuer à la mise à jour des reportings d’activité du pôle BtoC Contribue à la création et à la mise à jour de supports de communication à destination du réseau et des clients (tutoriels,flashs, e-mailings, newsletters, kits digitaux …) Contribuer à la consolidation de la stratégie CRM du pôle Analyser les offres du marché VO : benchmark de la concurrence (offres de financement, services, labels …) Analyser la compétitivité de nos offres VO à court mais également à long terme (full life cycle management) Mettre à jour les process du service si nécessaire Etre force de propositions sur l’ensemble de son périmètre Qui êtes-vous ? Vous préparez un Bac+5 en école de commerce , spécialité marketing. Vous recherchez un contrat d’apprentissage de 24 mois dès le 1er septembre 2026 . Vous avez de solides compétences en marketing et communication . Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques et possédez de bonnes qualités rédactionnelles . Vous êtes doté(e) d’un bon relationnel , d’une vraie créativité et d’une forte curiosité . Vous avez un bon esprit d’analyse et de synthèse , avec une rigueur d’organisation .
