This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined and eager to learn a skilled trade.   No water industry experience is required—we will train you. What You’ll Do Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues (training provided) Work alongside experienced technicians to build hands-on skills Follow safety standards and company procedures Communicate effectively with customers and team members What We’re Looking For Basic mechanical aptitude  (comfortable using tools and learning how systems work) Willingness to learn and grow in the role Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to travel within the   regional  area as needed Good communication and problem-solving skills Why Join Us Full training program— no prior water or industry experience needed Opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment Competitive pay and benefits Note: After training, the role may occasionally require flexibility for nights or weekends.
