Vous rejoindrez l’équipe Intelligence Artificielle de la Supply Chain (une quinzaine de personnes), qui a comme mission de concevoir, développer et mettre en œuvre des outils IA, en travaillant main dans la main avec les équipes du Process & Digital et Centre d’Excellence IA (informatique). Vos missions : 1. Conduite du changement et acculturation à l’IA générative de la Supply Chain du Groupe Participation à l’animation de formations pour la Supply Chain Animation de la communauté IA@Supply Chain Monde sur le réseau social d’entreprise “Viva Engage” (env. 1500 collaborateurs) 2. Pilotage de projets d’optimisation par l’IA générative, en liaison directe avec les utilisateurs finaux : Pour l'implémentation de solutions reposant sur du prompt engineering, coaching auprès des utilisateurs (M365 Copilot et solution interne à l’entreprise pour la création d’assistants et d’agents) Pour les solutions plus techniques (assistants conversationnels, agents) : cadrage du besoin, implémentation technique des cas d'usage priorisés, accompagnement de l’utilisateur dans l’appropriation de la solution développée 3. Veille et exploration des frameworks et outils d’IA générative (Copilot Studio, Dataiku, ADK) Qui êtes-vous? Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 type École d’Ingénieur ou commerce avec bagage en mathématiques et forte curiosité pour l’IA et les outils digitaux Vous maîtrisez les techniques de Prompt Engineering, comprenez ce que peut apporter la démocratisation de l’utilisation de l’IA générative en entreprise tout en en saisissant ses limites. Vous avez des connaissances en informatique y.c. languages de programmation (ex : Python) et frameworks techniques en lien avec l’IA générative (ex : ADK) Vous démontrez un excellent sens de la pédagogie pour vulgariser des concepts complexes, êtes reconnus pour vos qualités relationnelles, et vous manifestez une réelle curiosité pour l’exploration de technologies innovantes.
