Vous ĂȘtes le moteur de notre croissance sur le segment Industrie, et l’ambassadeur/ambassadrice de solutions techniques Ă  fort impact. 🚀 Votre rĂŽle au quotidien 🎯 StratĂ©gie & dĂ©veloppement Construire le plan de dĂ©veloppement du marchĂ© Industrie et en assurer le dĂ©ploiement opĂ©rationnel. DĂ©finir et mettre en Ɠuvre la stratĂ©gie Grands Comptes : ciblage, prospection, nĂ©gociation, conclusion des accords. đŸ€ Relations clients & nĂ©gociation DĂ©velopper des partenariats durables avec les dĂ©cideurs. NĂ©gocier les offres (prix, volumes, conditions commerciales) et gĂ©rer les contrats majeurs. 📩 Solutions techniques & appels d’offres Concevoir des solutions adaptĂ©es aux besoins spĂ©cifiques de chaque client. PrĂ©parer et coordonner les rĂ©ponses aux appels d’offres stratĂ©giques avec les Ă©quipes Support & Études. 🔎 Pilotage business Suivre les Ă©volutions du marchĂ© et de la concurrence, identifier les opportunitĂ©s. Atteindre les objectifs qualitatifs et quantitatifs, analyser les rĂ©sultats et ajuster les actions. đŸ€ Leadership transverse Coordonner les Ă©quipes commerciales terrain sur vos comptes clĂ©s. Collaborer Ă©troitement avec le marketing pour dĂ©ployer des actions dĂ©diĂ©es au segment Industrie. Excellentes compĂ©tences en nĂ©gociation et en gestion de projets complexes. CapacitĂ© Ă  formaliser un argumentaire et Ă  convaincre des dĂ©cideurs. TrĂšs bonnes connaissances techniques de produits industriels (ou forte appĂ©tence). Connaissance du marchĂ© de l’eau ou d’équipements techniques (compresseurs, machines tournantes, procĂ©dĂ©s industriels
