Au sein de l’Ingénierie de Production de Renault Douai, vous accompagnez le service Process Engineering Montage dans la conception, l’optimisation et l’amélioration continue des process de fabrication des véhicules Missions Vos responsabilités incluent : Concevoir, adapter et fiabiliser les process de montage dans le cadre des industrialisations. Analyser les procédés existants, identifier les leviers d’amélioration et proposer des solutions robustes. Contribuer aux projets d’évolution des lignes de production et à la mise en œuvre de nouveaux moyens industriels. Participer au suivi des performances (qualité, coûts, délais) et piloter des plans d’action d’amélioration. Collaborer avec les équipes méthodes, qualité, logistique et production pour garantir la cohérence des solutions techniques. Monter progressivement en responsabilité jusqu’à assurer le pilotage d’affaires industrielles . Qui êtes‑vous ? Vous préparez un Bac +5 en génie industriel, mécanique, production, méthodes ou équivalent. Vous disposez de solides bases en analyse de process, industrialisation ou amélioration continue. Vous êtes à l’aise dans les environnements techniques et appréciez travailler au plus près du terrain. Vous faites preuve de rigueur, de curiosité et d’une réelle capacité d’analyse. Vous savez collaborer avec des interlocuteurs variés et communiquer de manière claire et structurée.
