Develop strategic partnerships, manage key accounts, and ensure successful execution of projects to meet revenue and market share objectives. Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities: Market Development: · Identify and develop new business opportunities in irrigation and large water projects (municipal, agricultural, industrial). · Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs. Sales & Revenue Growth: · Achieve sales targets for irrigation systems, pumps, and related solutions. · Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts. Project Management Support: · Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with specifications. Stakeholder Engagement: · Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, EPC contractors, consultants, and distributors. Strategic Planning: · Develop and execute regional business development plans aligned with company objectives. Reporting & Forecasting: · Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence reports. Key Competencies: (Job Function specific; simplified list with link to full description by Career Stage in MyHR.) · Strategic thinking and market insight. · Relationship building and networking. · Technical understanding of irrigation and water systems. · Self-driven and results oriented. · Stakeholder management Key Relationships: · External: key customers and A partners · Internal: WI tech support, CS, AWS BDM Required Qualifications: · University or College degree (technical or engineering field) · 5yrs+ relevant experience (mechanical or rotary equipment) · Understanding of the Water segment in terms of administrative departments, roles and responsibilities · Water/wastewater pumping and treatment process knowledge · Strong contacts with the relevant organizations from segment · Fluent in Russian & English · Good IT skills (MS Office, Sales Force CRM or equal) · Customer-oriented and financial-minded · Strong presentation and negotiation skills · Team player · Competent in problem solving, planning, and decision-making skills, proactive, self-motivated · Excellent organizational and follow-up skills · Driving license Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
