Au sein de l'usine de Maubeuge, vous êtes rattaché(e) au Chef de Projet Usine afin d'accompagner l'intégration des nouveaux projets véhicules ainsi que la transformation de l'usine (schéma directeur) Vous travaillez en interaction quotidienne avec les équipes Fabrication , Ingénierie , Finance ainsi qu’avec l’ensemble des métiers support (HSEE, IES, etc.), afin de garantir la bonne coordination et l’avancement des projets. Le poste est en horaire de jour avec besoin ponctuel de travailler le samedi. Missions Créer et mettre à jour des tableaux de bord (coûts, planning, avancement) pour suivre les projets de l’usine. Suivre les indicateurs clés et remonter les écarts aux équipes concernées. Piloter ou accompagner des chantiers transverses liés à l’intégration de nouveaux véhicules ou à la transformation de l’usine. Qui êtes-vous ? Étudiant(e) en Bac+3 à Bac+5 orienté(e) gestion de projet, ingénierie ou performance industrielle. À l’aise avec la mise en place de tableaux de bord et le suivi d’indicateurs. Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et motivé(e) par le travail en environnement industriel. Capable de collaborer avec des équipes variées : fabrication, ingénierie, finance, métiers support.
