Der Geschäftsbereich Xylem Analytics Deutschland besteht aus vier Standorten, welche sich in Weilheim, Ingolstadt, Mainz und Meinsberg befinden. Am Standort Weilheim suchen wir aktuell eine(n) Werksstudent Prozessmanagement (m/w/d) . Die Position ist in Teilzeit zu besetzen und erfordert eine regelmäßige Anwesenheit am Standort Weilheim (Bayern). Somit sollte der Wohnort in einem pendelbaren Bereich um den Standort liegen. Bei dieser Tätigkeit geht es um die Aufnahme und Dokumentation aller Unternehmensprozesse in Vorbereitung auf die unternehmensweite Einführung von SAP als ERP-System. Deine Aufgaben: Aufnahme aller Unternehmensprozesse anhand von Gesprächen mit den verschiedenen Abteilungen (Start am Standort Weilheim, weitere Standorte folgen) Dokumentation der Prozesse in einem entsprechenden Software-Tool (aktuelles Tool: Vio) Abgleich der aufgenommenen Unternehmensprozesse mit den von SAP vorgegebenen Standardprozessen & Aufzeigen der Abweichungen Recherche nach einem für das Unternehmen passenden Tool zur Dokumentation, Revision & Verwaltung von Prozessen Vorbereitung eines Entscheidungsvorschlags für das neue Tool & Unterstützung bei der Implementierung des neuen Tools Ggf. Schulung der Bereiche zur Nutzung des neuen Tools Dein Profil: Studium im z.B. Bereich Projekt- und Prozessmanagement, Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen, technische BWL oder Organisationsentwicklung; Schwerpunkt Prozessmanagement von Vorteil Erste Erfahrung in der Prozessaufnahme und –dokumentation in einem entsprechenden Software-Tool Ausgeprägte organisierte, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise Analytisches Denkvermögen kombiniert mit guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert Hast Du Lust, schon bald ein Teil von Xylem zu werden?
