People | Excellence | Change | Integrity | Co-prosperity HE Product Marketing, Operations & Analytics team is seeking an experienced TV/AV finance professional with 3+ years of finance and forecasting. This position will work closely with cross functional teams. Role and Responsibilities Role & Responsibilities Prepare and conduct TV/AV forecasting processes: in-depth raw data preparation, system entry, and analysis of monthly forecast vs last TP/MP. Submit TV/AV final forecasting numbers (Gross Revenue & Sales Deduction) to NERP System Review and submit Sales Deduction conditions to support sales and promotion objectives – TV Walmart, Sam’s & Target roadmap, AV National promotions, Bundle promotions Support TV/AV month-end closing process collaborating with Finance & BM Team Simulate forecasting & closing P&L for profit management Manage daily invoices for operating expenses and support PUMI submission per SEA policy Create related financial report for detailed analytics Assist in ad-hoc requests and various operational activities Other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance A minimum of 3 years of experience relevant work experience in finance and forecasting. Advanced Excel skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy Accurate and timely analysis working with large multi-variable data sets Ability to handle multiple requests and re-prioritization in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and manage one’s time The salary range for this role is expected to be between $85,000 and $92,500.  Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
