Au sein du Département « Process Engineering Body In White » (Tôlerie), votre mission principale consiste à réaliser le développement Produit / Process durant les phases Avant-Projet et Développement des futurs projets. Vos missions : Phase Avant-Projet et Développement Récupérer et mettre à jour les cellules process Carry Over Récupérer les nums 3D du Produit Réaliser l’ingénierie simultanée et s’assurer de la faisabilité d’assemblage Analyser le respect de l’application des Process Requirement à chaque DLot Produit (maquette numérique) Prendre en compte les référentiels géométriques Réaliser les analyses DLots (maquette numérique) avec remontée des Ki (liste des problèmes) et proposer les contre-mesures associées Participer au dossier de consultation, et à l’Analyse Produit Process Réaliser la documentation de spécification du process (cascade d’assemblage et répartition points de soudure) Participer aux Réunions d’UC (Unité de Conception) Qui êtes-vous ? Vous préparez un diplôme de Licence, BUT ou équivalent en apprentissage. Amateur d’automobile, vous êtes organisé/e, autonome et rigoureux, vous savez travailler dans un environnement particulièrement exigeant demandant une forte réactivité. Vos qualités relationnelles et votre force de proposition vous permettront d’interagir facilement avec les partenaires internes. Vous maitrisez le Pack Office et êtes particulièrement à l’aise en informatique. La connaissance de Process Simulate est un plus.
