Vos missions : Le ou la chargé(e) de performance business et marketing aura pour mission de piloter la performance APV des réseaux en France : Mettre en œuvre les outils de pilotage de la performance APV (outils de business intelligence) : recueil des besoins, formalisation des cahiers des charges, sélection des solutions techniques, recette, mise en production. Mettre en œuvre la stratégie prix et produit de l’APV (outil de pilotage prix, études marché, travail en transverse avec le marketing) Mettre en œuvre le CRM de l’APV (définition du besoin, administration et évolution de l’outil) Déployer les outils et méthodes auprès de l’ensemble des équipes Sodicam2 (réseau et central) : formation présentielle / distancielle, tutoriel, book de formation… Accompagner le changement à la transformation digitale liée à ces nouveaux outils Qui êtes-vous ?
