Company SOMACA Job Description SOMACA lance sa campagne de stages PFE 2026 ! La Cellule Géométrie Usine propose des stages destinés à des étudiants souhaitant contribuer à la maîtrise géométrique des véhicules, à l'analyse dimensionnelle, et à l'amélioration de la conformité des produits tout au long du processus industriel. Lieu : Renault Casablanca – SOMACA, Maroc Durée : 4 à 6 mois Profil : Bac+5 Métrologie, Génie Industriel, Qualité, Mécanique, Mesures & Contrôles. Compétences souhaitées : • Connaissance des principes de géométrie véhicule, cotation fonctionnelle, tolérances • Maîtrise des outils de métrologie : bras de mesure, tridimensionnelle (3D), laser scanner – un atout • Analyse dimensionnelle, statistiques, capabilité, SPC • Lecture de plans, normes ISO GPS, compréhension des éléments mécaniques • Utilisation d’Excel, logiciels de traitement métrologique (PolyWorks, MetrologX…) – selon disponibilité • Rigoureux, méthodique, à l’aise sur le terrain et dans l’analyse de données   Missions principales : • Participer à la mesure et analyse géométrique des pièces et sous-ensembles (Tôlerie, Montage, Carrosserie) • Contribuer au suivi des dérives dimensionnelles et à l’identification des causes racines • Réaliser ou assister aux contrôles sur machines de mesure 3D, gabarits et moyens géométriques • Analyser les résultats, mettre en évidence les écarts et proposer des actions correctives en lien avec les ateliers • Mettre à jour et structurer les référentiels géométriques : plans de contrôle, fiches de suivi, instructions • Collaborer avec les équipes Qualité, Tôlerie, Montage et Engineering sur la conformité géométrique des véhicules.
