Für unseren Geschäftsbereich Mobile Experience suchen wir eine engagierte und motivierte Person als Strategic SCM & PSI Manager (m/w/d) Dienstsitz: Eschborn Role and Responsibilities Strategisches Supply Chain Management: Du verantwortest die Supply-Chain-Exzellenz für den Produktbereich Mobile eXperience (Smartphones, Tablets, Wearables, NotePCs ) , inklusive der Erstellung von Warenplanungen und PSI-Analysen zur Effizienzsteigerung. Dabei optimierst du die Account Lagerreichweite (WOS) und erstellst quantitative Analysen, um Problemfelder zu identifizieren und Lösungsvorschläge an das Leadership zu liefern. Proaktive Engpassbeseitigung und Risikomanagement: Du identifizierst und löst Supply-Chain-Störungen und implementierst robuste Risikominderungsstrategien. Durch die Nutzung fortgeschrittener Prognosetools minimierst du Unterbrechungen und stellst eine pünktliche Produktverfügbarkeit sicher. Kritische Unterstützung und Führung: Als wichtige Unterstützung für den MX Head of SCM gewährleistest du Führung und operative Kontinuität während Spitzenzeiten oder Abwesenheiten. Du sorgst für eine nahtlose Umsetzung von Supply-Chain-Initiativen, um die operative Exzellenz und den langfristigen Erfolg der Division sicherzustellen. Teamführung : Du leitest ein Team von Supply Chain Spezialisten und förderst die Teamentwicklung durch Coaching und kontinuierliche Verbesserung. Du stellst eine effektive Zusammenarbeit sicher, um die strategischen Ziele der Division zu erreichen. Skills and Qualifications Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Logistik oder einem verwandten Bereich. Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Supply Chain Management, insbesondere in PSI und Forecasting Sicherer Umgang mit den SAP Applikationen & ERP/BI Systemen Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in gängigen Analyse- und Auswertungstools Erfahrung in der Team- und Projektleitung Analytisches Denkvermögen.
