External Job Description Job Description About the Role We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic intern to join our Culture, Diversity & Employee Experience team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fostering an inclusive workplace culture, supporting diversity initiatives, and enhancing the overall employee experience. Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing cultural and diversity-related events and programs Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives Help collect, analyze, and report on employee feedback and survey data Contribute to internal communications related to culture and diversity programs Assist in creating and updating onboarding materials to reflect company values Support the team in researching best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion Help maintain documentation and records of diversity metrics and initiatives Provide administrative support for team meetings and projects Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field Strong interest in workplace culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good organizational abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and awareness Previous experience in P&C, event planning, or communications is a plus Skills & Competencies Cross-cultural communication Critical thinking and problem-solving Data analysis and reporting Project coordination Time management Interpersonal skills Adaptability and flexibility What We Offer Hands-on experience in corporate culture and diversity initiatives Mentorship from experienced professionals Exposure to P&C best practices and strategies Opportunity to contribute to meaningful workplace programs Networking opportunities within the organization Structured learning and development Pursue progress , discover extraordinary Better is out there.
