You will be involved in the following activities Collaborate with Customer Fulfillment Coordinators and the Customer Engagement Manager Support stock monitoring processes Help interface with various departments including Quality, Medical Information, Credit, Customer Care Back Office, and Tender/Trade Office Assist in liaising with the Customer Service Provider Participate in interactions with Customer Contact Management (CCM), Order Management (OM), and Master Data Management (CMD) teams in the Budapest Hub Contribute to conference calls and company meetings Develop and maintain Excel files and PowerPoint presentations About you Degree in Languages or other Humanities fields Fluent English (minimum level: B2) Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confidence, courtesy and a proactive attitude Why choose us?
