You will be part of a new pioneering, entrepreneurial entity with   real decision-making   authority over global launch strategies, pricing corridors, market access, lifecycle management, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial execution. A core capability of M&S is fast-to-market new product launch.   The M&S Team has decided to create a dedicated Product Launch organization to oversee and ensure a successful execution of new product launches, to globalize the Strategy organization to meet the GBU expectations while optimizing the one Sanofi M&S network and to globalize the Operational excellence Org. to accelerate the modernization of our Smart Factories.        Main responsibilities:   In an environment of openness & collaboration, the   GBU   Strategy b usiness partner maximizes the contribution of   its   global function within M&S   GBU   as well as other functions in Sanofi.   In a   matrix   organization ,   the Head of M&S GBU Strategy will   be a   key   partner   of the   G BU   Head , ensuring   high standards   and working with common technology, tools, systems, for the good of One Sanofi.    T he Head of M&S GBU Strategy will be part of the   M&S GBU Leadership Tea m   aligning   M&S GBU expectations   and ways of working with the one   Sanofi   M&S network. In addition,   s he/he will   collaborate with   the   global h ead of launch   to   meet   Sanofi   ambition.      GBU M&S   product strategy:   S upporting   ComOps   GBU ambition,   D esigns   and Owns   M&S product strategy and resilient industrial product   roadmaps   in   complete   collaboration   with M&S GBU needs    Leads M&S input and assessment for product related Business   development ,   Proposes and designs key GBU product sourcing allocation ,   Define s   and owns product simplification and   prioritize s   COG s   improvement initiative s,   Proposes and gets endorsement   of product   sourcing and   ramp-up   strategy for Launches ,   Works with Network Strategy   a ligning GBU specific Strategies to ensure   the   One   Network   optimization.   Project and resource prioritization:    Supervise s   execution of product strategy roll out (Launches, LCM, rationalization, …)  Leads and coordinates   Project and resource prioritization within GBU   (IPC, GSC) ,   Lead s   long term industrial plan (capacity) with industrial network management team ,   Proposes f ootprint changes   and re-balancing   with Cross GBU Implications ,   Leads and designs   Product   Industrial   scenario   Modelling .   ​   M&S GBU Strat Plan :   L eads and   consolidate   all   M&S   GBU related items ,   Leads, plans & Coordinate   M&S GBU   Strat   plan Process and ensure consolidation of deliverables and meeting targets , including cross M&S GBU initiatives alignment ,   A lign s   priorit ies , risks and must win items   with   ComOps   GBU head and LT   for their   S trat plan ,   M&A : ad hoc M&S DD lead or integration lead depending on target (product, assets, or company based; share deals or asset deals)   Facilitat e s   alliance   management   that can be product based (through IFL/IPL), franchise based or   company-based   coordinating i n dividual M&S contributors around JMC type decisions (make or buy, investment, dual source, LCM , renegotiation ) , ensuring   close review and   endorsement of scenarios and decisions with   relevant   M&S GBU head     IFL/IPL Community Management : leads, coaches ,   and develops Industrial Franchise & Product Leaders   by   setting   the right capabilities and   stakeholders’   engagement.       About you     Soft   skills :    Enterprise Leader:   is able to   have the E2E vision of the business, prioritizing the common interest for the benefit of Sanofi and the patients.
