Über die Stelle Der Betrieb Lantus ist Teil des Insulin Campus Frankfurt (ICF) Der Bereich ist verantwortlich für die Herstellung und sichert damit die Marktversorgung mit z.B. Insulin Glargin und Gluisin. Dabei ist uns die Einhaltung der GMP- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien besonders wichtig. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten: Bedienen und Überwachen von biotechnischen Produktionsanlagen über ein Prozessleitsystem (PLS) und vor Ort. Durchführen von In-Prozess Kontrollen, Probenahmen zur Überwachung der Produktqualität und Kalibrieren von Analysenmessstellen Durchführung der Beprobung der Wassersysteme und des Reinstdampfs Überwachen der Einhaltung geltender Sicherheitsrichtlinien, Einweisen von Handwerkern und Vorbereitung von Reparaturmaßnahmen in Abstimmung mit dem Schichtmeister, Teamleiter und Team Support Über Dich Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung Idealerweise hast du eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Chemikanten oder eine ähnliche adäquate Berufsausbildung Berufserfahrung im Produktionsbereich der Pharma- oder Lebensmittelindustrie. Erfahrung mit der Arbeit im Reinraum und in aseptischen Herstellungsprozessen ist von Vorteil Technische Fähigkeiten / Fertigkeiten EDV-Grundkenntnisse (z.B. MS Office, SAP) sind wünschenswert. du bist bereit zur Schichtarbeit, auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen. Soziale Kompetenzen / Spachkenntnisse du bist zuverlässig und motiviert, in unseren bunt gemischten Teams an einem Strang zu ziehen.
