About the Role: Join our exceptional global recruiting team at CrowdStrike where you'll hire top talent while solving real-world problems. As a Senior Technical Sourcer, you'll leverage creative and innovative approaches to identify extraordinary talent through unconventional means. You'll partner closely with business and talent teams to identify, attract, assess, and hire exceptional candidates for highly technical roles. This position is ideal for self-motivated, action-oriented professionals with grit who continuously seek to improve their craft while enjoying the process.
