To build a global community of fragrance lovers through the power of scent and by providing them with the most innovative & luxurious fragrances, education and sharing our Middle Eastern fragrance rituals with the world.      Summary  We're seeking an experienced PR & Events Manager to lead the Global PR initiatives, brand experiences, corporate communications, and event strategy globally for our brand. The ideal candidate will create memorable experiences that resonate with our community and reinforce our brand identity. You will be responsible for identifying, leading, and executing results-driven consumer and trade PR initiatives, corporate communications, CSR programs under KAYALI Cares, and proactive crisis communication planning. This role supports both new and existing brand initiatives to drive awareness, strengthen brand equity, and position KAYALI as a category-leading fragrance authority.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  Drive and elevate the public image of Mona Kattan and KAYALI through strategic PR initiatives.  Support and execute CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives under KAYALI Cares, ensuring strategic impact governance compliance, cross-functional alignment, and strong brand integration.  Integrate purpose-led storytelling across PR, events, and corporate communications.  Monitor media and public sentiment to proactively identify potential issues and prepare crisis communication plans.  Develop and execute corporate communication strategies ensuring consistent, aligned brand messaging across all channels and stakeholders.  Support in managing reputation and handling sensitive issues with timely, strategic responses in collaboration with senior leadership.  Develop and implement comprehensive event strategies that align seamlessly with marketing objectives and brand guidelines, positioning our brand as a global leader.  Build and maintain strong relationships with regional teams and partners to ensure the delivery of world-class events, tailored to local market needs.  Nurture and leverage relationships with existing and potential media/brand partners  Manage timelines, and logistics of all press material in order to ensure successful launches  Grow and maintain stellar brand awareness and find like minded brands to collaborate with  Reporting of all PR results and use Media measurement tools to ensure accuracy of reporting  Conceptualize high-impact brand events, product launches, and masterclasses that embody KAYALI’s DNA.  Oversee and control event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure efficiency, quality, and a outstanding event experience.  Coordinate and collaborate with key internal stakeholders (Markets, Marketing, Brand, Influencer and Community, Product Development) and external vendors to achieve flawless execution and cohesion across all event components.  Work alongside the Influencer & Community team to maximize collaboration impact and cultural reach.  Analyze event performance and deliver actionable insights to continuously improve ROI and execution excellence.  5+ years of experience in PR and event management, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry.  Strong project management and budgeting skills.  Excellent communication and networking abilities.  Proficiency in event planning software.  Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.  Proven track record of successful large-scale events.  Understanding of beauty industry trends and influencer landscape.
