Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals Own and manage content calendars across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and TikTok Lead brand positioning and messaging across all social channels Plan and launch organic and paid social campaigns to drive engagement and conversions Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights Collaborate with content writers, designers, and video editors to produce high-quality content Manage community engagement and audience interactions professionally Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes Report on growth metrics, campaign ROI, and lead generation impact 5+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles Proven track record of growing social media accounts and driving measurable engagement Strong understanding of content strategy, branding, and storytelling Experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics) Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social) Strong copywriting and communication skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously Experience working with international teams in a remote environment Stable internet connection and professional home office setup
