Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative & Account Manager to cover both new business generation and existing client management. You’ll be responsible for owning the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to closing and post-sale account success. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on multitasking, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and has a deep understanding of B2B software sales. Key Responsibilities Generate qualified leads via outbound campaigns (cold calls, email, LinkedIn). Conduct discovery calls, deliver product demos, and close new business. Manage and grow client relationships through renewals, upselling, and referrals. Track sales activities and client touchpoints using Salesforce and Salesloft. Monitor usage and customer satisfaction, providing proactive support and insights. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across SDR, BDM, and Customer Success teams. Contribute to onboarding resources, sales scripts, and internal playbooks. Meet performance KPIs across sales volume, pipeline growth, and account retention. Proven experience in full-cycle sales: lead gen, outreach, demos, closing, and renewals. High volume cold calling Background in B2B SaaS and eCommerce, with exposure to both B2B and B2C sales. Industry knowledge in finance and/or insurance sectors is beneficial. Proficient in Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Pipedrive, and Google Workspace. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
