Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary As a Social Media Manager, you will own the end-to-end social media strategy — from content planning and creation to campaign execution and analytics reporting. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and performance-driven campaigns. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals. Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X. Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand voice across platforms. Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build an active online community. Launch and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Track KPIs including engagement rate, reach, conversions, and follower growth. Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations. Collaborate with design, copywriting, and marketing teams for campaign alignment. Stay up to date with trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing. Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing. Strong portfolio showcasing brand growth and campaign results. Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar. Proficiency in social media analytics and performance reporting. Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar). Experience running paid social campaigns with measurable ROI. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of content marketing, branding, and audience targeting. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
