Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We’re hiring a Growth Marketer to support client growth through a mix of SEO, content strategy, and paid digital advertising across Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This is a client-facing, performance-focused role where you’ll manage campaigns from setup to optimisation, analyse results, and continuously test new growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimise paid ad campaigns across: Google Ads Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) -LinkedIn Campaign Manager Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO improvements Support and execute content strategies (blogs, landing pages, ad copy) Collaborate with designers and developers to improve landing page performance Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and ad platform dashboards Optimise campaigns based on data insights (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates) Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients Contribute ideas for experimentation, A/B testing, and new growth channels Must-Have: 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing Hands-on experience running paid ads on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads Working knowledge of SEO (on-page SEO, basic technical SEO, keyword research) Experience building or supporting content strategies Strong copywriting skills for ads, landing pages, and web content Experience managing multiple client accounts or projects simultaneously Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-client environment Nice-to-Have (Big Plus): Experience in an agency or client-services environment B2B marketing experience Exposure to SaaS, tech, or professional services clients Experience reporting on performance metrics and optimising based on data Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush Basic CRO and landing page optimisation experience
