Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Timezone: UK Key Responsibilities Recruit and onboard 15 new tutors per month aligned with the company’s academic standards. Match tutors and students within 48 hours of a request, ensuring a seamless experience for both sides. Create and post simple, engaging content on social media 4–5 times a week (primarily on Instagram). Use tools like Slack, Google Drive, Notion, Canva, and Instagram to manage tasks and collaborate with the team. Assist with tutor negotiations, including discussing salary rates where necessary. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure smooth internal operations alongside the existing Ops teammate. Fluent in English with strong written/spoken communication skills. Comfortable negotiating and speaking confidently with new hires and team members. Demonstrated organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple moving parts. Familiarity with tools like Slack, Notion, Google Drive, Canva, and Instagram. Strong sense of aesthetics—able to recognise and maintain visual consistency (no design background needed).
