Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels. Lead, mentor, and manage marketing team members across multiple functions (content, paid ads, SEO, social, email, etc.). Build marketing operations, processes, and workflows from scratch to support a scaling business. Partner with leadership to align marketing initiatives with overall company goals and KPIs. Own performance tracking, reporting, and optimization to maximize ROI. Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies. Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated for maximum impact. 3+ years experience in a similar digital marketing role Experience managing or leading a marketing team Demonstrated success building marketing processes and campaigns in a start-up or high-growth company. Strong expertise across multiple marketing channels (SEO, PPC, email, social media, content, and analytics). Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, SEMRush). Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action. Entrepreneurial spirit with adaptability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
