Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We’re on the hunt for a highly skilled PPC Specialist with a strong background in media buying to manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate is data-driven, results-oriented, and experienced in driving ROI through high-performing ad strategies. You'll work directly with growth teams to scale performance campaigns and maximize budget impact for global brands.. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel PPC campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to maximize reach and relevance Develop ad copy, creative briefs, and A/B testing strategies Monitor and report on KPIs, including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.) to track user behavior and funnel performance Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align paid strategy with brand goals Stay updated on platform changes, media buying trends, and algorithm shifts 3+ years of experience in paid media buying and PPC campaign management Must have experience in the E-commerce/DTC space Proven track record of managing ad budgets of $10k+/month with measurable ROI Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid media platforms Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and retargeting strategies Excellent communication and reporting skills Bonus: Experience with Marketing Agencies, eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B performance campaigns
