Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We’re looking for a high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) with exceptional cold calling skills to join a fast-paced outbound sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting a high-volume of cold calls, engaging decision-makers, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings for the sales team. If you're resilient, confident on the phone, and thrive in a KPI-driven environment, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Make 100+ outbound cold calls to prospects in various industries Follow proven scripts while personalizing conversations to engage leads Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and book appointments for Account Executives Manage and update lead information in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize outreach strategies Meet daily/weekly activity targets including call volume, conversions, and meetings booked Continuously test scripts, subject lines, and cadences to improve conversion 1+ years of experience in outbound sales or cold calling (B2B preferred) A stable internet connection and professional home setup Comfortable making 100+ calls daily Strong verbal communication and objection-handling skills in English Results-driven, coachable, and highly organized Experience with tools like CRMs, dialers, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation
