Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We’re hiring driven and ambitious Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our global sales network. As a BDR, you’ll play a key role in generating qualified leads, booking meetings, and building pipeline for fast-growing companies. You’ll work directly with sales and marketing teams to engage potential clients through outbound strategies including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and more. Whether you're looking to break into tech sales or already have experience in lead generation, this is your chance to grow your career with structured support and long-term opportunities. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and social channels. Qualify inbound and outbound leads and set meetings for Account Executives. Research and identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) across various industries. Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage pipeline and track outreach. Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and targeting strategies. Consistently meet and exceed KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, and conversions. 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (preferred but not required for entry-level candidates). Strong written and spoken English communication skills. Confident on the phone and comfortable handling objections. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
