Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We’re hiring driven and ambitious German Speaking Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join high-performing sales teams at fast-growing international companies. As a BDR, you’ll play a critical role in driving pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying outbound leads. This is the perfect opportunity for professionals looking to fast-track their sales career, work with global clients, and unlock long-term growth. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential leads within target industries using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, and Crunchbase. Conduct outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, and cold calling) to engage prospects and set qualified meetings for Account Executives. Craft compelling messaging to nurture top-of-funnel leads. Qualify prospects based on specific criteria and manage CRM updates with accuracy. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies. Track KPIs such as outreach volume, meeting conversion rates, and pipeline contribution. Stay up to date on client industries, products, and value propositions. 1–3 years of experience in outbound B2B lead generation or sales development. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience using sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar CRMs. Highly organized, proactive, and goal-oriented. Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections. Experience working with SaaS, tech, or startup clients is a plus. Availability to work UK or US business hours.
