Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Key Responsibilities Engage prospective and existing customers through outbound calls, emails, and texts to promote automotive performance products. Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable parts or upgrade options. Track and report performance against daily and weekly KPIs (calls made, conversions, proposals sent, revenue generated). Use HubSpot CRM to log activities, manage pipelines, and update client interactions. Collaborate with the internal sales team to streamline the quoting and invoicing process. Maintain strong product knowledge of car parts, performance upgrades, and tuning trends. Proven sales experience (outbound SDR or Inside Sales). Strong communication skills — confident, engaging, and personable on calls. Comfortable working on structured sales KPIs and performance targets. Proficient with HubSpot, Shopify, and Aircall (or similar CRM/dialer tools). Available to work in PST or EST time zones . Bonus: Knowledge or passion for automotive performance parts or aftermarket tuning. Personality: Driven, motivated, and outgoing — we’ll verify fit through our DISC assessment .
