Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Language: French (Fluent) Key Responsibilities Manage and respond to client emails and inquiries in English and French Schedule and coordinate consultations, follow-ups, and document submissions Prepare, review, and organise immigration-related documents and forms Maintain accurate client records in CRM and internal databases Support consultants and legal advisors with case management and file updates Conduct basic research on visa types, policy updates, and case requirements Provide general administrative support to the operations team 1-3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Case Manager (Must-have) Previous experience working with immigration, legal, or government-related services Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Clio, Salesforce) Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Excellent written and verbal communication skills Availability to work in North American time zones (EST or PST preferred)
