Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor About the Company Our client is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in lead generation for doctors, lawyers, and professional service providers. They help clients attract new patients and cases through high-performing paid advertising and funnel strategies. With over 50 active accounts, the team prides itself on delivering measurable results and scaling campaigns that make a real impact. Key Responsibilities Onboard new clients and develop tailored ad offers and copywriting concepts. Communicate marketing strategies to clients and set clear expectations. Launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Google, and TikTok . Analyse data, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to the team. Collaborate with your team via Slack and manage projects through Monday.com. Continuously test and iterate on creatives, targeting, and ad copy to improve performance. 1–3 years of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaign management experience. Proven success in local lead generation (preferably for service-based businesses). Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. Experience with ad reporting, conversion tracking, and funnel optimisation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated and reliable; able to work independently in a remote setup.
