Optimiza is looking to hire a Technical Engineer as per the following requirements and qualifications: Engage with customers to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and understand business/technical challenges. Design and propose networking and security solutions covering LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, Data Center, IPT, and Security technologies. Develop HLDs/LLDs, BoMs (Bill of Materials), SoWs (Scope of Work), and solution presentations. Ability to prepare technical/financial proposals against RFPs and customer requirements. Deliver technical demos, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and product evaluations. Collaborate with sales teams to respond to RFPs/RFQs. Present solutions to technical and executive audiences, both onsite and remotely. Work closely with vendors and distributors for solution validation. Lead presales engagements across multiple vendors and technologies. Has (4-10) years of experience in relevant field. Has excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills. Has Proven track record in solution design, RFP response, and customer presentations. Has related certificates like CCNP,NSE4. JNCIP is a must, And CCIE is preferred.
