Optimiza is searching for an Oracle Technical Consultant to join our talented team of professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical expertise in Oracle technologies, ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of Oracle solutions for our clients. Your in-depth knowledge of database management, application development, and systems integration will be key to delivering effective solutions that meet our clients' unique business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement technical solutions for Oracle applications, including PL/SQL programming, data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). Conduct database performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance. Collaborate with functional consultants to gather requirements and design technical specifications that align with business needs. Oversee the deployment of Oracle applications, ensuring proper configuration and integration with other systems. Provide technical support post-implementation, addressing any issues that arise and providing timely resolutions. Prepare and maintain documentation for technical processes, configurations, and modifications. Mentor junior technical consultants and team members, sharing your expertise and promoting best practices. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7+ years of experience actively working as an Oracle Technical Consultant. Strong expertise in Oracle technologies, including PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Application Framework. Experience with Oracle Database Administration, performance tuning, and backup/recovery methodologies. Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite architecture, including integrations with other applications. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to solve complex technical problems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and team members. Relevant Oracle certifications in technical areas is highly desirable.
