Optimiza is seeking to hire a Senior Oracle EPM Consultant to join our talented consulting team. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of Oracle EPM solutions, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Analyze business processes and requirements to create tailored EPM solutions that enhance organizational performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery. Provide expert guidance on best practices for financial planning and analysis, as well as operational metrics. Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure a smooth transition and adaptation to new systems. Develop and maintain documentation on system configurations, user guides, and training materials. Stay current with new Oracle EPM features and industry developments to provide value-added insights to clients. 7+ years of experience in Oracle EPM with a focus on implementation and consulting. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in implementing Oracle EPM Cloud solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data. Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
