Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and assembly of bid proposals, ensuring they meet organizational and client standards. Conduct thorough research to support bid submissions and gather insights into project specifications and client expectations. Contribute to the writing and editing of proposal content to ensure it is compelling and clearly communicates our offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to acquire necessary data and documentation for bids. Organize and maintain records of proposals, ensuring timely submission and efficient file management. Engage in team strategy sessions to improve the overall bidding process and apply best practices. Stay informed about industry trends to enhance the quality of bids. Bachelor’s degree in English Language or a relevant field. Recent graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or related fields. Outstanding writing and editing abilities with attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within teams. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Eagerness to learn about the bidding process and the details of proposal creation. Great organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment. A passion for starting a career in bidding and proposal development.
