Optimiza is looking to hire a "Senior Oracle Technical Consultant", with the following responsibilities and capabilities: Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement innovative technical solutions for Oracle applications, focusing on PL/SQL programming, ETL processes, and system integrations. Work closely with functional consultants to understand client needs and craft technical specifications that align with their business objectives. Tune and optimize database performance, ensuring smooth operation of Oracle systems. Support the deployment of Oracle applications with careful configuration and integration into existing systems. Provide exceptional post-implementation support, addressing client concerns and ensuring their technical needs are met. Create and maintain clear documentation for processes and technical modifications, making it easy for everyone to understand. Share your expertise with junior team members, offering mentorship and fostering a collaborative work environment. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related field. 9+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Technical Consultant. Strong proficiency in Oracle technologies, including PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Application Framework. Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite architecture and its integration aspects. Excellent problem-solving abilities combined with a proactive and friendly attitude. Strong communication skills to easily connect with clients and team members alike. Relevant Oracle certifications is a must.
