工作职责：【岗位base Shen Zhen】 负责 Reddit 渠道战略规划与落地，深度洞察平台算法逻辑、目标市场 Subreddit 社群生态及用户行为特征，制定契合品牌长期发展的渠道运营策略，牵头搭建从 “品牌曝光 - 用户信任 - 获客转化” 的全链路运营体系。 主导内容矩阵搭建与高阶创作，结合品牌核心价值与社区偏好，策划产出深度内容（如行业趋势分析、用户痛点解决方案、品牌故事专题、产品实测报告等），打造高传播度内容案例，提升品牌在垂直领域的专业形象与影响力。 统筹社区精细化运营，建立核心用户分层管理机制，通过定制化互动（如用户访谈、专属福利、共创活动等）深化品牌与用户链接，挖掘高价值用户并转化为品牌倡导者，推动社区口碑自发传播。 负责获客转化策略的优化与突破，基于数据复盘（如流量来源、转化路径、用户生命周期价值），迭代精准获客手段（如定向 Subreddit 合作、合规付费推广、场景化转化引导），提升获客ROI。 监控 Reddit 平台规则变化、行业竞品动态及市场趋势，预判渠道风险（如违规、舆情）并制定应对方案，保障渠道长期稳定运营；同时探索新玩法（如平台新功能、跨界联动），为渠道增长注入新动能。 Job Responsibilities Develop and execute Reddit channel strategy, understand platform algorithms and community ecology, build a full-link operation system: brand exposure – user trust – customer acquisition & conversion . Lead content matrix and in-depth content creation (industry analysis, solution, brand story, product review, etc.), enhance professional influence in vertical fields. Operate community with refined user tier management, convert high-value users into brand advocates to boost organic word-of-mouth. Optimize customer acquisition and conversion via data analysis, improve ROI through targeted Subreddit cooperation, compliant paid promotion and conversion guidance. Monitor platform rules, competitors and trends, prevent risks and explore new growth opportunities for the channel. 岗位要求： 3 年及以上 Reddit 平台深度运营经验，具备品牌账号从 0 到 1 搭建及规模化获客的成功案例，熟悉海外主流市场用户需求与消费习惯。 精通 Reddit 算法推荐机制、Subreddit 运营规则及合规推广玩法，能独立制定渠道战略并落地，曾通过创新策略突破运营瓶颈者优先。 具备出色的英文内容策划与创作能力，能产出符合社区调性的深度内容，同时擅长通过数据驱动内容优化，有高互动、高转化内容案例者优先。 拥有成熟的获客转化思维与数据分析能力，熟练使用数据分析工具（如 Google Analytics、Reddit Ads Manager），能从数据中定位问题、提炼策略，推动转化效率持续提升。 具备项目统筹经验，能推进复杂运营项目，有跨部门协作（如市场、产品、销售）经验，能高效对齐目标并落地执行。 有美股、期权投资经验优先，具备敏锐的市场洞察力与风险预判能力，抗压性强，能适应快速变化的业务需求。 Job Requirements 3+ years of Reddit operation experience, with proven 0-1 brand building and large-scale customer acquisition cases; familiar with overseas user behavior. Proficient in Reddit algorithm, Subreddit rules and compliant promotion; able to independently deliver channel strategy. Excellent English content planning and creation ability; data-driven optimization experience preferred. Strong data analysis skills (Google Analytics, Reddit Ads Manager) and conversion-oriented mindset. Experience in complex project execution and cross-team collaboration (marketing, product, sales). Experience in US stocks / options preferred; sharp market sense, risk control and strong resilience.
