岗位描述：【base ShenZhen】 1.负责富途海外版 moomoo app的效果投放获客，包含关键字广告如 ASA/SEM；展示型广告如 ASA/UAC/Meta/Tiktok/Twitter 等平台； 2.理解目标市场的投资人群，制定产品/目标市场的广告投放策略和计划； 3.数据导向优化广告表现，以多维度总结投放效果，为后续的获客方案提供数据支持； 4.擅长A/B测试，持续迭代，并输出有意义的结论指导后续业务； 5.关注海外热点及目标用户人群心理，及时调整投放方向。 工作要求： 1. 3+ years of growth marketing experience; proficiency in English or Japanese preferred. 2. Experience with Google/Facebook/TikTok/X ads management and optimization; prior experience with app advertising is a plus. 3. Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data. 4. Excellent cross-team communication skills and problem-solving abilities. 5. In-depth knowledge of the overseas online advertising industry is a plus. 6. Relevant background in finance or investment experience is an additional advantage.
